UE Office for Career Success Achieves 97 Percent Placement Rate for 2025 Graduates
Evansville, Ind. (03/23/2026) — The University of Evansville (UE) Schroeder Family School of Business Administration (SOBA) continues to prioritize student success through the Office for Career Success, a program dedicated to preparing students for both immediate and long-term professional achievement.
The Office for Career Success works alongside students to develop not only the skills needed to succeed in business, but also to help them find the right opportunities to launch their careers. Through a combination of career preparation, hands-on experience, and strategic guidance, the office ensures students are well-positioned for life after graduation. For the Class of 2025, the program boasts a 97 percent placement rate, with graduates either employed or continuing their education in graduate school.
Programming includes a wide range of workshops, networking opportunities, and informational sessions for students. These experiences connect students directly with regional organizations and professionals, helping them build meaningful relationships and expand their career prospects.
"Career success doesn't happen by accident, it's the result of intentional preparation and real-world experience," said Megan Conapinski, Director of the Office for Career Success. "Our goal is to walk alongside each student, helping them discover their strengths, build confidence, and connect with opportunities that align with their aspirations."
