Evansville, IN (03/28/2022) — The University of Evansville (UE) will host a presentation by a member of the Syrian-American Medical Society (SAMS) on Thursday, March 31. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. in Room 162 of the Schroeder School of Business Administration building.

Join local physician Dr. Bashar Mourad as he presents "Missions of Mercy," which will provide a glimpse into medical missions in Syria, as well as the healthcare crisis both inside and outside the country. Mourad is a physician with Ohio Valley Nephrology Associates as well as a member of SAMS. The presentation is co-sponsored by the UE Center for Innovation and Change and Scholars for Syria.
