Leslie Trotter of Arlington Studies Abroad in South Korea

University of Evansville student Leslie Trotter, a resident of Arlington, TX, will spend the Spring 2013 semester studying abroad in Seoul, South Korea. Trotter is majoring in Writing.

"By spending a semester in South Korea, Leslie will gain cultural awareness, unforgettable memories, and a truly global education."

The University of Evansville is a national leader in study abroad. In the 2012 Open Doors report, the Institute of International Education ranked UE 12th in the nation for study abroad participation among master's-granting institutions. More than half of UE students study abroad during their college careers, and Trotter is one of 97 UE students abroad in 13 countries for the Spring 2013 semester.
