Kathryn Dueker Named Outstanding Future Educator

The University of Evansville is proud to announce that Kathryn Dueker, a resident of Owensboro, KY, has been selected as an Outstanding Future Educator by the School of Education faculty.

Dueker, a graduate of OWENSBORO CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL who is majoring in Elementary Education, received the recognition from the Indiana Association of Colleges for Teacher Education.

"We're proud to honor Kathryn Dueker as one of the top student teachers in the state of Indiana," said Paul Parkison, chair of UE's School of Education. "We pride ourselves on preparing professional, skilled, and caring teachers, and Kathryn has exemplified these traits."
