Jason Gelarden Graduates from University of Evansville

Jason Gelarden of Evanston, IN, has graduated from the University of Evansville with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Gelarden, majoring in Nursing, graduated during UE's 155th Commencement, held Saturday, May 4 at the Ford Center in downtown Evansville. During the ceremony, the University awarded 595 degrees to 579 graduates – the largest graduating class in over a decade.

"For more than 150 years, the University of Evansville has provided life-transforming educational experiences, preparing students for lives of personal and professional service and leadership," said UE President Thomas A. Kazee. "At Commencement, we're delighted to celebrate the success of students such as Jason Gelarden, and we look forward to watching the Class of 2013 accomplish amazing things as they make an impact on their communities and their world."
