Chelsea Mills of Evansville Studies Abroad in Costa Rica

University of Evansville student Chelsea Mills, a resident of Evansville, IN, will spend the Spring 2013 semester studying abroad in San Jose, Costa Rica. Mills is majoring in Spanish.

"By spending a semester in Costa Rica, Chelsea will gain cultural awareness, unforgettable memories, and a truly global education."

The University of Evansville is a national leader in study abroad. In the 2012 Open Doors report, the Institute of International Education ranked UE 12th in the nation for study abroad participation among master's-granting institutions. More than half of UE students study abroad during their college careers, and Mills is one of 97 UE students abroad in 13 countries for the Spring 2013 semester.
