Dylan Gallego of Succasunna Joins University of Evansville Leadership Academy

The University of Evansville is proud to announce that Dylan Gallego has been selected to join UE's Leadership Academy, a student organization dedicated to developing leadership abilities in students. Gallego, a resident of Succasunna, NJ, is majoring in Mathematics.

Gallego became a Leadership Academy member after completing an application process, recommendation review, and interview with the organization's Advisory Council.

"Throughout the selection process, Dylan stood out as an ideal Leadership Academy member," said Ashley Shoultz, chair of the Leadership Academy Advisory Council. "By participating in Leadership Academy, students develop outstanding leadership abilities that allow them to make an impact on campus and in the community. We're pleased to welcome Dylan to this meaningful program."

The University of Evansville Leadership Academy (UELA) is a two-year program that seeks to enrich the student organizations on campus by developing, training, and nurturing student leaders. Members of this organization develop leadership skills and techniques through activities such as lectures, leadership workshops, and community service projects.
